I used it during the Birkebeiner cross-country ski marathon for example. "I use the product either mixed in water or sportdrink. Last year during the bicycle race Pilegrimsrittet (85km), I got musclecramps half way through the race. This year I did not notice any cramp, and never when training. I have to say that Crampfix has really been exceeded my expectations. "I used Crampfix when racing the Paris-Roubaix cyclosportive this spring. I followed the reckomodation on the box and mixed capsules in some of my drinkingbottles which I used in the first half of the race. The temperature was about 15-20 celcius. . I had starting cramping tendencies after 150 km, but it whent away quite fast, the rest of the race I felt good. “I have used the product in connection with cycling competitions. I have been taking two capsules before the competition. For longer rides, I have taken two capsules during the race. I am very satisfied. No sign of the cramps which I have previously suffered during longer competitions. I have used Crampfix after competitions, in connection with competitions over several days. I feel that the fluid balance is restored more quickly. Another indication that Crampfix works is that you need to urinate more often. That indicates that the body has fluid to spare.
